redstarmotoring For months we been testing the @rv6p Drop in turbo for the FK8 in @batistaman 2021 Type R. It has FBO and with 100octn fuel and Meth it made 562whp and 434tq, right after that we went to the track in the 1/4 mile and made 11.1@129mph using slicks!
Any legitimate performance programmer (tuner) will chuckle when you ask for a "burble" tune and most are against it. That alone would keep me from running a burble tune. Engine performance > Crackling noise. R - 23512.

The reason the time of the old FK8 Type R's time of 7:43.80 appears quicker than the new car's is, essentially, because in 2019 the Nürburgring got even longer. Before 2019, the finish line was

While many 20-inch tire sizes are quite common these days, the Type R’s ultra low profile 245/30/20s are still pretty exotic. I bought the Fk8 because the "type r" was a dream car of mine in high school days when Fast and Furious came out and Gran Tourismo days. Couldn't afford it at the time nor was it available here except the limited amount of intergra type r. I bought it because is a Type Fucking R. Having that badge is special too me and still is. So I recently read and article that you can buy a Crate engine from the Type R, for about 7grand. Just curious has anyone bought one? I find the Idea of putting it into a 2017 AWD CR-V, or in a 10th gen Civic Coupe, or even swapping it into a Fit or 240sx or anything really! It’s an awesome motor, and it’d be cool to swap it into stuff. 6QKv7.
